AR Tracking

Auto-create Tasks from Notes

You now have the option to get AI-suggested follow-up tasks for each note that you create — no re-typing what you just wrote as a separate task. It understands real billing shorthand (BOM, MCD, QIT, LTCMI, and more), so a note as short as "get auth" becomes a ready-to-add task in one click. Suggested tasks link back to the note they came from, and if a note is just an update with nothing pending, it won't suggest anything at all.

Report Bundles

Export Bundles to Excel

Report Bundles can now be downloaded as Excel, not just PDF — choose the format right from the Run drawer. Every report in the bundle lands on its own worksheet tab in a single workbook.

New reports

  • Census: Early Discharge to Community — Flags residents who discharge home within an unusually short stay, tracks the trend by facility and month, and automatically highlights the facilities with the highest early-return counts and rates so leadership knows where to look first.
  • Clinical: Core Clinical Measures Trend — Trends nine core operational and clinical metrics — census, new admissions, payer discharges, fall rate, house-acquired wound rate, new antipsychotic orders, return-to-hospital rate, and average length of stay — by facility, month over month, so trouble spots show up before they become a pattern.
  • Referral Tracker: Clinical Liaison Admissions Summary — Ties every admission back to the referral that led to it and rolls the results up by clinical liaison, so you can see who is actually converting hospital outreach into admissions.

Staffing Projector: know your CMS staffing star rating before CMS does

Your CMS Five-Star Staffing rating affects how your facility looks to referral sources, families, and regulators — and until now, you found out what it was the same time everyone else did. Staffing Projector applies CMS's own methodology behind the scenes: hours per patient day, case-mix adjustment against national benchmarks, nurse and RN turnover, and the same scoring exclusions CMS uses (including the automatic one-star trigger for days with residents but zero RN coverage). The result is a projected staffing star rating you can act on now, instead of reacting to it after CMS publishes it on Care Compare.

Highlights

  • Workers Comp reporting now aligns to each facility's actual insurance policy term — with policy selection, more accurate month vs. year-to-date claim breakdowns, and the ability to group by policy.
  • Risk Reporter incident reports can now include the full incident conclusion, so facilities can hand surveyors a complete investigation record when needed.
  • Physician Dashboard expanded with new metrics — admissions and discharges, risk for malnutrition, STAT labs, medication order tracking, and overdue recertifications — plus region/state grouping and one-click drill-through to detail reports.
  • Referral Tracker got a faster Kanban board, plus new filtering to view Lost to Competitor by facility and track referral conversion by payer type.
  • Billing's Auth Audit report more accurately flags authorization-vs-billing discrepancies across payer types, including expanded Veteran payer coverage.
  • Quality Measure point ranges updated to reflect the latest CMS guidance.
